Whole-home renovation

Whole-home renovations managed by one experienced team, so you aren’t left coordinating contractors and trades.

Most houses don’t get renovated. They get renovated in pieces — a kitchen one decade, a bath the next, systems replaced as they fail. Each project is reasonable on its own, and the cumulative result is a house that no longer agrees with itself: finishes that don’t relate, layouts that made sense before the last change, mechanical systems from three different eras sharing the same walls.

Renovating the whole house at once is the opportunity to resolve that. Decisions get made against the entire home rather than one room, which is also why the planning is a different exercise from a single-room project — the sequencing, the systems, and the budget all have to hold together across the full scope.

Signs Worth Attention

• Layouts that feel cramped or inefficient
• Dated kitchens and bathrooms
• Limited storage or functionality throughout
• Several rooms needing work at the same time
• Older systems due for upgrade
• Inconsistent design left behind by previous renovations

How Dibico Manages It

We plan the project as one scope rather than a series of rooms, collaborating with your architect and design team, and building a construction schedule that sequences the trades across the whole house. Systems work is coordinated so it happens once, in the right order, rather than being reopened later.

Trades and progress are overseen on site throughout, with clear communication as the work moves — and one point of contact, so the complexity of the project stays ours rather than yours.
