The advantage of managing a home is that we find the work before you do. A failing seal, a section of trim taking on water, a system nearing the end of its life — these turn up during scheduled inspections rather than as an emergency, which means the repair can be planned instead of improvised.

It also means the work is done by a builder rather than arranged by a manager. Dibico has been building custom homes since 1991, so when a repair or improvement is needed we look at the underlying cause, define a proper scope, and consider how the systems interact, how materials age, and how a small change affects the house over the next twenty years.
