Dibico began in a small woodshop at the back of an old garage, where Julio DiBiase Sr., an Italian immigrant carpenter, built custom furniture for friends and family. That work led to remodeling, and remodeling led to building entire homes. His son, Julio Jr., learned the trade at his side and formally founded Dibico in 1991.

Thirty-five years later, Dibico continues to build the highest-quality custom homes across Fairfield and Westchester Counties, New York City, and Florida — working alongside your architect and design team from early drawings through the final walkthrough. Much of the work stays in-house: our own carpenters, masons, and millwork shop produce the cabinetry, paneling, and trim that define a room, and the subcontractors we bring in are licensed, insured, and people we’ve built with for decades.

That standard has been recognized. Dibico’s homes have earned more than a dozen HOBI Awards from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Connecticut — for custom homes, interior and exterior detail, outdoor living, and accessory buildings — and have been featured in New England Home, Connecticut Cottages & Gardens, Connecticut Builder, and Greenwich Time.
