Paint and finishes wear so gradually that you stop seeing it. A hallway that no longer wipes clean. Caulk lines separating at the tub. Exterior trim on the weather side chalking a shade lighter than the rest. Nothing looks wrong — it simply stops looking finished.

The usual response is a painter for a few touch-ups, which addresses the surface and not the reason. Caulk that failed once will fail again. Trim that keeps peeling is telling you about moisture behind it. Repeated small jobs cost more over a decade than doing the work in the right order, at the right time.

Exterior surfaces, trim, and exposed elevations are reviewed for wear from sun and moisture — the weather side of a house always goes first. Interior walls and trim are checked where traffic actually is, and joints and sealants are inspected where breakdown affects protection rather than just appearance.

When work is warranted, we sequence it properly: prep, the underlying cause, then the finish. Condition is documented over time, so repainting happens on evidence rather than on a guess about how long it’s been.
